Cancellation

Appointment Cancellations:

  • 24-hour notice required for all cancellations

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of service cost

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount

  • Emergency situations considered case-by-case

Package and Gift Card Cancellations:

  • Packages are non-refundable but transferrable to immediate family

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and expire after 1 year

  • Unused package sessions transferrable to family with notice

Payment

Payment Methods:

  • All major credit/debit cards accepted

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay available for online bookings

  • Gift certifiactes can be purchased and redeemed online or in-person

  • HSA/FSA cards accepted

Payment Timing:

  • Online bookings: Payment due at time of booking

  • Phone bookings: Payment due at time of service

  • Package purchases: Full payment required at purchase

Health & Safety

Client Health Requirements:

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns

  • Recent surgeries/medical procedures require physician clearance

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue treatment for safety

  • Clients must be honest about health status for optimal care

 

Facility Safety:

  • All equipment sanitized between clients

  • Fresh linens provided for every session

  • Hand sanitizer available throughout the facility

  • Please stay home if feeling unwell

Professional Boundaries

Professional Standards:

  • All massage therapy conducted in professional, therapeutic manner

  • Draping used at all times to ensure comfort and privacy

  • Communication about pressure and comfort encouraged

  • Inappropriate behavior results in immediate session termination

Booking

Appointment Guidelines:

  • Please book at least 24 hours in advance

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened session time

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice

  • Same-day appointments subject to availability

 

Online Booking:

  • Online calendar shows real-time availability

  • Confirmation emails sent immediately after booking

  • Automatic reminders sent 24 hours before appointment

Privacy & Legal

  • No sharing of client information with third parties

  • Client consent required for testimonials or photos
