Appointment Cancellations:

24-hour notice required for all cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of service cost

No-shows will be charged the full service amount

Emergency situations considered case-by-case

Refunds for cancelled apointments with more than 24 hours notice will be returned to method of payment, minus any credit card transaction fees paid by the vendor.
Package and Gift Card Cancellations:

Packages are non-refundable but transferrable to immediate family

Gift cards are non-refundable and expire after 1 year

Unused package sessions transferrable to family with notice

Facility Safety:

All equipment sanitized between clients

Fresh linens provided for every session

Hand sanitizer available throughout the facility

Please stay home if feeling unwell
Professional Boundaries

All massage therapy conducted in professional, therapeutic manner

Draping used at all times to ensure comfort and privacy

Communication about pressure and comfort encouraged

Inappropriate behavior results in immediate session termination
